Software Consultant – Technical Support
TSS is currently seeking a Technical Support Software Consultant to provide excellent support and service for TSS customers while maintaining a positive attitude, polite demeanor, and a high level of responsiveness. Candidate will analyze and diagnose technical issues related to TSS solutions in a call center environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, documenting feedback and resolutions using a CRM program, tracking technical support orders, and assisting the development team by testing software release versions.

 

Forms Coordinator – Document Preparation Systems
TSS has an immediate opening for a Real Estate Forms Coordinator to facilitate the preparation of forms used in the real estate title insurance and settlement industry. Candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and have a working knowledge of graphics, tables, and merge fields. This individual will have outstanding knowledge of professional standards for document design (margins, fonts, alignment, grammar) and excellent proofreading skills.
